A Political Advisor has taken the position that the problem and many others involving federal administrative operations is the result of Pres. Obama's dereliction of duty. Here is what Anonymous has to say:
"It is interesting how the Administration acts like they are cleaning up someone else's mess, like they are an observer to the wreck and not involved. They are bringing Werfel in as a 'cleaner'. Up until this day not one person has been fired nor have charges been brought to any individual for any actions. The only one's looking into the IRS, finally, is Congress. Obama has stated the Administration didn't find out about the misdeeds 'until He read about it in the newspapers'. This in my book is an admission of guilt.
So the question is this; Why
didn't Obama's Administration move to clean house when the report was made
available to them a year ago? The Administration is responsible (not saying
guilty, but they are ultimately in charge and responsible for creating the
atmosphere) for the operation of the IRS along with ALL the other agencies and
bureaus. The crime committed by Obama is as simple as being negligent in HIS
fiduciary duty to the Citizens of the US. Fraud statutes do not require that a
public fiduciary be a participant in the scheme. It may follow that to defraud
one of the "right to honest services" would generally require a fiduciary
relationship that creates the right to provide or protect honest
services. Obama and His Administration is certainly guilty of not creating
the Atmosphere that fosters honest service. An Admiral or General will be
busted in one minute for such crimes, and very quickly thereafter a Court
Marshall will be convened. Should we not expect the same from the Chief
Executive?
Only with the administration
of justice will trust be restored, and not all at once, this will be a long
process of reestablishing trust. I doubt that Obama has a clue on how to even
begin such a process, he runs from responsibility."
